No reason for some of the races you couldn’t mix an unleashed career and a ikrpg career. Man at arms chieftain. Or is there something?. I tend to go with the IKRPG one as it lines up better with stuff like Greataxes from Unleashed. But then, I did my own redo of Nyss to not require. With all the cool new races/careers in Unleashed we were considering and themes of the Iron Kingdoms, and this issue bears directly on that.

Its more real to me. Bloodweaver, for example, is female Tharn only. Ogrun and Trollkin are much bigger and stringer than any other race thus far, though Unleaashed believe gatormen are going to be joining them, and they would therefor be able to deliver much heavy blows without a weapon.
Morrhdic necromancy is part of a lost empire, and if I recall correctly most of the lost knowledge of Morrdh is in the hands of Thamarites. Changes aren’t that big and just work better as far as I’m concerned. In this setting, there are no generic warlocks and only extremely rare individuals who fall outside the faction warlock typeand that are no male bloodweavers.
They use the same system, but the careers and races are balanced different.

Judging from this list which, again, I understand is incompleteit feels like PP assumed everyone wanted to play a version of their favorite tabletop unit. Emphasis and edits mine. Alas many of us get excited about the what of the character and let that trample over the who and we end up with flat characters. But I like how the more stringent restrictions represents the less cultural osmosis of the wilds.

While that ratio is definitely skewed more towards specialties than FMF Core Rules, it is nowhere near as restrictive as KNG where you had to be human and from a certain ilrpg. Otherwise all is fair game. The rulebook also includes a selection of abilities, spells, and rules to improve the pregenerated characters as you continue your adventures up until the full release of Unleashed.
We still have UL and FMF characters playing together in the same game, but each character stays consistent with its ruleset. Maybe they will do Legion as well but that’s really just taking a Nyss and giving them the Blighted template.
Unleashd mean, worst case scenario is that I’ve got some great material for NPC’s. For example, necromancy, in the setting, is really only seen within three groups, the Thamarites, Gatorman bokors and Cryx.
So, unlike the Kingdoms, where, say, an Allegiant in western Khador looks unnatural, we shall see all kinds of weird things living nearby and working together. I now have only generic careers at my table, paring down the total to just about unleasyed bit more than two dozen, and I can make at least a Character to represent every Cygnaran Model and Character, and half of the Khadoran ones. The reverse of that means that when you see a party full of elves, somewhere in there is a dwarf player not as happy as he could be.
Trencher isn’t “a unleshed. Cornercase mostly-useless camp-defense benefit versus a build-making battle-mage benefit isn’t even something that needs to be thought about.
It also provides guidance for new Game Masters, coaching them through the adventure and breaking down the most important rules as they come up. The races in Unleashed seem far more potent alone, and that’s before adding things like warlocks and archers and blood boon and whathaveyou. Sorry that something went wrong, repeat again! Most DnD party composition sounds like a bad joke. Slaughterhouser is a great example of that. Everyone seems to be getting up in arms over it right now The character generation system is both classed and classless. Characters in Unleashed will in general be more powerful than characters in Full Metal Fantasy. Special Snowflake is asking for approval in the first place.
If anything, the most wide-spread use of necromancy is not the thamarites.
